SALES TAX: Applicable state and local sales tax must be collected unless a current copy of Sales and Use Tax permit is provided.
Inspect all equipment and games before you bid. All equipment and games are sold AS IS, WHERE IS, with no warranties expressed or implied.
There is a 5% Buyers Premium. There is a minimum buyer’s Premium of $10.00 PER ITEM and there is a maximum buyer’s premium of $50 PER ITEM. This is added to the hammer price for all purchases.
Once the Auctioneer says, “SOLD,” you are responsible for your purchases.
All purchases must be paid for the day of the auction.
Purchaser is responsible for completely removing any and all goods purchased.
