Terms, Policies, and Conditions of Sales

  • TERMS: Full payment day of auction. Cash, Cashier’s Check, or Company Check with current bank letter of guarantee (no exceptions). Credit Card Payment will incur 3% Processing Fee for tap or swipe and 3.5% plus .15 for manual entry--NO PERSONAL CHECKS!--

  • SALES TAX: Applicable state and local sales tax must be collected unless a current copy of Sales and Use Tax permit is provided.

  • Inspect all equipment and games before you bid. All equipment and games are sold AS IS, WHERE IS, with no warranties expressed or implied.

  • There is a 5% Buyers Premium.  There is a minimum buyer’s Premium of $10.00 PER ITEM and there is a maximum buyer’s premium of $50 PER ITEM.  This is added to the hammer price for all purchases.

  • Once the Auctioneer says, “SOLD,” you are responsible for your purchases.

  • All purchases must be paid for the day of the auction.

  • Purchaser is responsible for completely removing any and all goods purchased.

  • Announcements made day of sale supersede all previous advertisements or announcements.
